Job Description:

CRM Management

- Load all sales contracts & manage bookings in CRM system
- Check weekly sales reports
- Assist finance with CRM / Invoicing / Product queries/ Monthly reports & rate card analysis

Customer Service Support

- Traffic all advert and editorial material from clients, with several timeous reminders, and check to ensure materials meet our specs/ requirements
- Work closely with Sales team to ensure that customer expectations are met
- Occasionally assist with customers who need ads designed

Editor Support

- Keep track of non-commercial items from Editors for layout
- Manage the layout process from the time the booking is made to the time it goes to print
- Check customer / author corrections, as well as all proof reading edits are made correctly

Studio/ Web team traffic management:

- Send magazine to print and check print quality / adverts in prepress etc.
- Ensure the digital copy of the magazine is published timeously & correctly
- Ensure digital team is aware of all digital aspects associated with any print contracts
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure all media partnership requirements are met

Other

- Assist with daily management of Junior Production Assistant
- Obtain print quotes & book upcoming print jobs into production
- Freight bulk copies of magazines to conferences with careful attention to turnaround times, customs issues etc
- Manage careful stock control & magazine storeroom
- Assist Sales team with all booking queries
- Ensure Advertisers & magazine contributors are included in distribution (print & digital)
- Load Purchase orders into PO System
