Our client, a leader in the aviation industry is looking for a Senior QA & Support Analyst to join their team. The main objective of the role is to ensure the quality assurance and testing of all systems, enhancements, business specifications, content management and projects in order to have a seamless roll-out

Job Specification:

• Complete detailed Business Specification and test cases and any other associated documents and sign-off.
• Send detailed business specification to the developers.
• Set up a project plan with set timelines.
• Follow-up with developers continuously to ensure project time lines are met.
• Compile test cases in according with business specification.
• Test product against business specifications.
• Implement tools for automated testing for all new products/channels
• Complete change control document in detail
• Test new changes before implementation
• Monitor new changes to rate success of enhancements
• Work with business to get new content approve for the website for new products/channels as well as any enhancements.
• Send content updates to Channel Management for sign-off.
• Update content on all systems as per new products/channels.
• Update and content as per change form received from relevant parties


Minimum Requirements:
• Strong QA automation skills with Unix/Linux, Windows NT
• Basic understanding of C/C++, C#, .NET, HTML, XML, Unix, Linux
• Be familiar with wide variety of travel industry API’s
• Databases: Informix, M-SQL
• Project Management: Microsoft Project, Visio
• DreamWeaver
• IATA and airline industry interfaces, messaging (e.g type-B Messaging) knowledge
• Test Tools: IBM Rational Test Suite, Test Manager, Clear Quest, Clear Case, Robot
• 5 year or more experience with quality assurance
• 3 years or more experience in a customer support role
• Experience with a full product life cycle processes and tools
• Experience with requirements analysis and test case development and execution
• Prior experience with support and troubleshooting production operations
• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, emphasis on the airline segment
• Business Systems Analyst Qualification
