One of the national leading civil engineering companies that specialise in large-scale projects in infrastructure and has been successfully operating for over 25 Years, seeks to employ 3x Senior Quantity Surveyor’s to all be based in Cape Town on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining the Structures and Roads Division and they must have extensive experience working with CIDB grading 8CE+ civil contractors.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a B.Tech Civil Engineering degree
Must have 5 – 8 years’ experience working as a Contracts Manager with CIDB grading 8CE+ civil contractors.
Must be fully competent in COLTO and SANS regulations
Must have extensive experience working on structures, roads and earthworks
Must have extensive experience as well as knowledge using Microsoft Project and WinQS or alternatively QSplus
Must have experience in contractual claims
