Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
A reputable Professional Quantity Surveying firm has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with healthcare facility experience in their Johannesburg office.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Honours (BSc Hons) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 8 years plus experience in the field of professional quantity surveying
• Professional Registered Quantity Surveyor (PRQS).
• Solid experience in building/construction and engineering projects, with particularly: health care facilities, retail & shopping, leisure & resorts and industrial
• Must have worked for a professional consulting firm/organisation specialising in quantity surveying and/or construction cost management
