MAIN PURPOSE

To develop new business opportunities for Yawee Human Capital as well as service current and future business requirements from recruitment and HR perspective.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


? Analyze the HR & Recruitment market in South Africa and identify recruitment needs within potential customers of Yawee Human Capital
with key focus in Gauteng, Western Cape and KZN.
? Develop and manage recruitment pipeline.
? Market recruitment services to potential customers.
? **Future opportunity to expand business development in other Africa countries
? RECRUITMENT CONSULTING
? Research recruitment trends in the SA and the global market.
? Provide market and data insight to current and future clients.
? Review and Analyze customer job specification.
? Engage customers for job spec clarity to enhance understanding of customer requirements.
? Understand and execute customer/spec requirement.
? Source suitable candidates for customer specification
? Conduct telephonic/video screening and interviews
? Conduct face to face interviews at all level from Junior to executive staff.
? Review candidate's relevance and fit for the spec (both culture, experience & Qualification)
? Gather all required candidate documentation to facilitate the process
? Facilitate preparation of candidate profile as well as compile comprehensive candidate summary.
? Ability to follow defined processes and procedure.

RESPONSE HANDLING

? Receiving and sorting applicant profiles
? Screen applicants
? Capture applicants in the system, (Excel)
? Long-list & Shortlist candidates and submit to client
? RELATIONSHIP/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
? Manage existing customer relationships
? Solicit new business from existing customer
? Manage delivery of value to customers
? Manage Service Level Agreement signed with customer.
? RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATIVE
? Guide administrator with reference and general checks.
? Facilitate interview and assessments with client.
? Arrange candidate parking during interviews
? Facilitate candidate on-time arrival for interviews and assessments.
