An exciting position has become available within our Human Resources department for a professional, efficient and organised Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about providing a service in a pressurized environment. National Debt Advisors is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their fast-paced and expanding team placing local and/or permanent staff.

This role will suit someone who can remain calm under pressure whilst displaying a positive attitude at all times. A willingness to go above and beyond with a strong work ethic is an absolute requirement. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing clients whilst maintaining top quality talent pools.

Our company National Debt Advisors is based in the CBD and partakes in the Call Center industry.


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Sourcing and screening Candidates, whilst maintaining and building CV databases
- Conducting competency based interviews
- Managing the performance and reporting on the suitability of ads and job portals
- Generating recruitment reports and managing attrition whilst identifying trends
- Keeping in line with Recruitment & Selection Best Practice
- Managing the Recruitment process from start to induction, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures
- Acting as the link between the Training and Payroll department and ensuring smooth communication lines are maintained
- Securing placements within strict deadlines in order to minimize impact on productivity
- An understanding of candidate movements in various industries and how they relate to the current market


Role Requirements:

- Matric (not negotiable)
- HR qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience in Call Center recruitment, particularly in a sales environment
- Experience in placement at Executive Level as well as specialized/niche recruitment
- 360 Recruitment process experience
- Minimum of 2 years sound recruitment experience at one company (in the last year)
- Experience in portal management and social media advertising
- Head hunting and innovative candidate sourcing experience
- Candidates will be required to produce copies of all qualifications as well as their last (latest) payslip. References must be contactable in order to display competence in the role.
