One of the leading furniture and décor retailers in South Africa is looking for an experienced and senior Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Cape Town. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for talent acquisition, including the Retail showrooms nationally and Head office. Working within the HR team, this will include delivery of the entire recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of successful candidates). Using innovative methods as well as networking to source potential candidates. The ideal candidate should have: · A relevant HR degree/diploma & good understanding of legal recruitment requirements · Minimum of 5 years’ experience within recruitment/ head-hunter environment · Experience of recruiting in luxury brand/ retail advantageous · Excellent communication, relationship building & networking skills · Good MS office/ HR systems experience Key Behavioral Competencies: The job holder must be able to demonstrate a positive hands on, can-do attitude. He or she must take responsibility for their work, be a self-starter, be accurate and have excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
