EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum-B. degree – preference given to those with Honours or Masters qualifications

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS-Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
Experience in using different qualitative methodologies
Solid understanding of Powerpoint
Solid people skills and ability to work within a team
Mentoring of junior team members
Organising and project management skills
Time management skills – ability to meet deadlines, both internal and external
Analytical and numerically focused
Proactive and takes responsibility for own work and deadlines
Client-centric – solid client management skills
Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects
