Qualification : Master's degree in social science or Public Administration ( NQF 9) PHD -Advantage
Five to Six years experience ( 3 to 4 years senior researcher )
Role
Design and lead manage research agendas
Oversee research undertakings
Implement Seta's Governance Structure
Attend external meetings ,chamber
Disseminate research findings through research seminars
Conduct research to inform the development of a sector skills plan
Knowledge
Sound Knowledge of relevant legislation
Managerial skill
Ability to analyze and collect robust data
