General & Senior Restaurant Manager Cape Town and Surrounding Area's

Our Client is looking for an Experienced General & Senior Restaurant Managers with relevant experience in Cape Town and Surrounding Area's - Atlantic Seaboard, Constantia, Claremont, Cavendish, Tokai.
Must be a leader and be able to work with staff. Environment very relaxed. References will be checked

Requirements:
5 + Years Restaurant Management Experience - GM & Senior Level
Manage the entire operations of the restaurant
Need to Manage 20 -35 Staff – All inclusive Waiters, Kitchen staff & Kitchen Manager
Need to be seen as the Front of house Manager at all times,
Need to work hand in hand with Kitchen Manager
Need to be able to deal with Customer Complaints and Queries
Needs to be able to lead, train and develop waiters and other staff
Need to be able to enforce discipline and structures
Needs to be able to take stock and allocate variances
Needs to be able to manage and run the entire shift on your own
Need to Manage the Door when it's busy - Queuing very important
Need to be able to do check lists regarding Maintenance, Waiters Duties and allocating tables to waiters (Section allocation)
