Our client is a specialist Online Media and Marketing Firm with local roots and substantial international reach. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Retention Consultant.

Main objective
The Retention Consultant will be responsible for the creation and management of the PGSI/VPB products, as well as the analysis and optimization of player journeys and promotions.

Key performance areas:
•Assisting the Head of Retention and supporting the Retention & Acquisition team with marketing activities
•Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
•Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
•Providing support for marketing events as required
•Updating and maintaining the department’s documentation and databases
•Assisting with the day to day PGSI/VPB requirements of the company
•Assisting with setting up and maintaining daily, weekly promotions
•Daily, weekly, monthly administration on all promotions
•Analyzing and optimizing tracks, promotion and the VPB processes
•Ad hoc reporting

Requirements of the role
•A Degree in Marketing
•Min 5 years retention experience; Gaming experience NOT essential, but a plus.
•Personable, presentable and articulate
•Effective project management skills
•Sound understanding of marketing principles
•Strong administration and organizational skill
