Senior Sales Consultant – New Business
The Sales Consultant’s main responsible will be to grow our Group revenue by securing new business and growing local customers within the Natural Spa and Lifestyle Cosmetics Industry.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Create and manage a portfolio of accounts throughout the entire South Africa
Identify new business opportunities and prospect new markets.
Understand the customer portfolio, know the different decision makers and build strong business relationships with them.
Work closely with internal teams i.e. Marketing, Production, Operations, ect
Finding new customers and presenting our value proposition
Upselling
Visiting customers and participating in various trade exhibitions.
Making reports of visits and sales
Skills and abilities:
Extensive experience in sales of cosmetics products and hotel amenities within the Hospitality and Spa Industry.
Passionate hunter mentality
Cold calling experience is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to identify customer business needs/opportunities and recommend solutions.
Strong communication skills, results driven with an action and execution mentality
Comfortable with closing complex deals
Flexible regarding business trips and travel.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Good IT Skills

Experience:
Preferably a degree / diploma in Sales or Hospitality, but not essential
Minimum five years of experience as a Sales Consultant specializing in New Business within the Cosmetics and Hospitality Industry.
A competitive base salary with aggressive commission structure is on offer.

The successful candidate must have his or her own reliable transport.
NB: Hospitality and/or cosmetics sales experience is required for this role.
