Purpose of the role
To develop the CNC Division by actively promoting the company’s range of CNC machines and accessories to ensure that the targets of the external sales are met, so that the company can continue being a major supplier in the market.

Key Responsibility

? Assess customer requirements and advise on the correct product and assist with educating the customer on the quality and use of the product, as well as training the customer on technical products.
? Generate interest in the company range of CNC machines as well as associated products via customer calls, as an individual and together with sales representatives.
? Identify customer needs, prepare and submit quotations to customers and ensure all enquiries are followed up in order to increase sales.
? Implement training sessions for customers seminars and in-house exhibitions to ensure that all parties are fully aware of the technical benefits of the product range.
? Identify new markets for company products through market research in order to ensure continued growth within the divisions.
? Maintain regular communication with suppliers in order to ensure constant updates on new products and technical advancements, advise on market trends, and research all competitive products regarding relevant strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages thereby ensuring that the company is constantly in a position to offer the best possible solutions to the customers.

Minimum Requirements
? Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent technical qualification
? Extensive technical knowledge in machine tools (CNC and Conventional machines)
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Excellent time management and organizing skills
? Report writing skills
? Ability to communicate clearly at all levels
? Computer literate
? The incumbent is required to operate within the policies and procedures of the company and the department
