Position:
Our client, a world-class top level sales assessment and training company, is searching for an experienced sales person with a proven track record in consultative B2B Sales.

Requirements:
Mature candidate of 30 years plus
Post matric qualification in sales, training or a business related field
A minimum of 10 years’ sales experience, 8 years’ experience in consultative sales
A proven track record in consultative B2B sales with complex, long sales cycles
Proven track record of selling at the C-Suite (CEO, MD) level
A self-starter with the ability to source new customers and develop new markets
Excellent numerical and analytical ability
High business acumen with an ability to hold in-depth discussions on business topics
Excellent communication skills; both face to face and telephonic
Highly customer centric and the ability to liaise at Senior Executive level

Reporting Structure:
Reports to Sales Manager
Candidate skills, knowledge and behaviour:
This role will be best suited to a candidate who has a broad knowledge of a consultative, diagnostic sales process. A high attention to detail and excellent research ability and writing skills is vital to the success of this candidate. This person is also very proactive, structured, deadline focussed and is passionate about learning and development.

Duties:
Source and develop new markets and will have experience in selling at the C-Suite level.
Customer prospecting and research
Consultative, diagnostic customer engagement to sell multiple products
Closing of deals and meeting of targets
Customer relationship management
Admin related to the sales process

Salary:
R30 000 – R40 000 strictly based on relevant experience and current earnings
This position also offers excellent monthly, quarterly and annual commissions
