The skills of a talented Scrum Master are required for a great digital company in the Johannesburg North area.

Requirements:
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 5+ Years’ experience in a similar environment
• Must be fluent in English and an African Language (isiZulu etc.)
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master (non-negotiable)
• Must have active experience in this role in an agile software development environment (non-negotiable)
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

Strong understanding/ knowledge of:
• Technical issues at a high level
• Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
• Development best practices
• A clear credit / Criminal record is required for this role.
