Job Description:

• Join this dynamic team Senior Scrum Master, your minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, coupled with sound understanding of software development processes is essential. Must have sound knowledge of Agile best practice and practical experience in applying Agile principles.

Qualification:

Qualification in a Tech or Engineering-related field or 10 years’ work experience in an equivalent role.
Scrum master certification.

Skills & Experience:

Proven leadership experience
Tenacity in driving process and delivery pipeline improvements
Scrum Master Certified
3 years’ minimum scrum master experience
A sound understanding of software development processes is essential, though hands-on programming
experience is not.
Experience using Agile planning tools
Have an impressive command of detail
Be able to inspire a team to pull together (absolutely essential!)
Be extremely well-organized, persuasive, tenacious, adaptable and capable of remaining calm and maintaining a sense of fun in a fast paced and challenging working environment
Have sound knowledge of Agile best practice and practical experience in applying Agile principles

Salary – R50 000 CTC per month
