The main focus of the role will be to:
Attending and taking minutes in team meetings
Dealing efficiently and effectively with client enquiries
Diary management in respect of meeting rooms
Liaising with maintenance contractors as required
Tax returns, Accounts processing, collation and dispatch
Sending out bank audit requests, chasing for non replies and logging responses
Requirements:
Matric
Previous experience essential
Own transport
