Mandatory Requirements
? It will be beneficial to have Software Solutions Development/Design Training; Microsoft Developer Certification.
? Minimum of 5 years C# .NET experience
? Minimum of 3 years developing SharePoint solutions
? Be willing to work on projects that could relate to:
o Film Permits
o Liquor Licensing
o Jobseekers
o Gambling
o Lost Pets
o Etc.

Knowledge and Skills
? Able to develop software solutions in a Microsoft environment using technologies such as Visual Studio, SharePoint, C#, .NET, SQL Server Reporting Services, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, CSS.
? Able to build SharePoint display templates, responsive master pages and layouts, and solution packages. Experienced with cross-site publishing, search and managed metadata. In-depth working knowledge of site columns, custom lists and views, workflows, and security.
? Developing user experience architectures - wireframes, storyboards and prototypes; business process modelling, use case modelling and workflow modelling; data architecture; identity and access design; designing and developing web services.
? Software Development Lifecycle knowledge, and experience with Agile methodologies.
? In-depth experience in solution design and knowledge of SOA.

Qualifications or Experience
? 10 years IT experience in applications development, 5 of which are in service-oriented solutions architecture/design in a Microsoft development environment.
? At least 5 years as a C# developer.
? At least 3 years developing SharePoint solutions.
