SENIOR SHEQ MANAGER (AA ONLY)
PURPOSE: To plan, manage and control the SHREQ function of the organisation to minimise the loss of life and equipment, by ensuring the company adhere to relevant SHEQ legislation, national and international standards and Codes of Practice as prescribed in the MHS Act.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree in Safety or Environmental Management
• 10 Years’ management experience in mining environment
• Valid SA Driver’s licence
• ONLY SA CITIZENS – this is an AA Appointment and preference will be given to female applicants
• Position based in Limpopo province

KPA’S:
• Manage and control the entire SHEQ function
• Develop short, medium and long term SHEQ plans
• Develop SHEQ systems, policies and procedures
• Plan, manage and control: Security, Fire and Emergency functions and Services
• Manage SHEQ training
• Compile and manage budget
• Manage projects
• Health & Safety Audits
• Liaise with internal and external clients
• Staffing management
• Development of personnel
• Admin duties

REMUNERATION:
R1.1m to R1.4m CTC
