A Construction Company in Plettenberg bay is looking for a SENIOR SITE MANAGER
Requirements:
• This is a fixed term contract
• At least 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager in charge of various Government building and civil contracts.
• Proven track record of contracts managed with a value of 30 Million and up
• Minimum 15 years in the construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of the JBCC, GCC and SANS 1200
• Qualification in quantity surveying/construction management/civil engineering
• Excellent management skills
• Computer literacy – especially MS Office and MS Projects
• Must have their own transport able to go to construction sites and valid license.
• Must have energy to work long hours
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent technical expertise and knowledge
• Ability to work closely with all the different role players: Engineers/Quantity Surveyors/Municipality/suppliers and Subcontractors
• Ability to mentor and lead the young foremen effectively

Salary negotiable depending on experience
