A Company specialising in ITS is looking for a Senior Developer (DELPHI)
The suitable person has 5-8 years experience in the development arena, with a tertiary qualification.

Position Description Overview

Driving the Vision,
Scope and Requirements for Complicated Software Projects Roles and Responsibilities Delivery of an integrated product to meet market needs;
Implementation of quality initiatives and processes to maintain high level of delivery and integration of systems;
Architecting software strategies to solve inherent legacy product errors, and advanced interface standards to internal applications as well as those provided from the clients;
Authoring software behavior and specification documentation;
Maintaining hardware standards and compatibility for proper software deployment and integration; Interact with other testers, software designers, and software developers to create the best possible products;
and Interaction with other departments within the company.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology;
At least 5 to 8 years experience in Complicated Software Development on a Delphi platform Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

Experience in software development in Delphi;
Experience in SQL (Structured Query Language);
Experience in Informix / MySQL preferred;
Experience in Java / Linux development;
Ability to create and maintain documentation to accepted levels;
Good communication skills;
Be able to give detailed feedback and error reporting abilities;
Detail Oriented; Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques;
Diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
Deadline driven; and Performance driven.
