Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Software Developer
• Experience in C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, JQuery solutions, Experience using C#.NET 4 and up,
• Visual Studio 2012 and up
• Strong process discipline to ensure development policies are adhered to
• Exposure to Agile project management processes and discipline
• Team Foundation Server and branching strategies
• Test driven development
• Lending or Banking Industry;
• MS SQL Server database implementation and coding
• Systems integration experience
• Database Analysis and Design experience
• Knowledge of Systems Analysis and Design

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and promote architectural strategy and processes
• Develop business solutions in line with business and multi-national requirements
• Ensure continuous architectural alignment with business strategy
• Participation in daily Kanban meetings, and management of project deviations
• Refactoring and documentation of existing code
• Partial project management.
