Mentoring of junior developers on coding and security practices, providing guidance and transferring skills.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA
• At least 10 years relevant experience in IT Software Development
• Completed Tertiary qualification
• Fully conversant in English and Afrikaans
• 3rd Language advantageous
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Experience in embedded development and POS development
• Well-developed problem solving and research skills
• Requirement analysis and design documentation skills
• Team Development skills
• Ability to work under pressure, assist in design and architecture decisions
• Solid web environment knowledge

LANGUAGES:
C, C++, C#, .Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML
Oracle SQL and P/L SQL advanced level
