Enterprise Software company seeks a Senior Software Application Analyst with 5+ years’ experience to provide all forms of analytical support to internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have 2 - 3 years’ experience in 2nd or 3rd tier application support
• Have excellent time management skills
• Work equally well in a team and alone
• Have more than 5 years professional experience in a IT role
• Are an elite trouble-shooter and can get to the root cause of any issue.

Are already skilled with all of these technologies:

• Windows/Linux/Unix
• SQL
• SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Are eager to learn about:

• Ansible
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Business Process Management (BPM)
