Our client is urgently look for a senior solution support engineer. The position is in Isando and you must have experience in Office automation. That is , the copier industry.
The following are the specs.

DUTIES/TASKS
• Management, implementation and support of Windows Server in the enterprise.
• Expertise specifically related to the enterprise Print Management Environment.
• Advanced Management Services
• Operational maintenance of servers for multiple clients.
• Replacing / upgrading of production servers.
• Software maintenance, installation and testing.
• Management of shared files resource permissions allocation for agreed resource
shares in accordance with the Customer Security Policy.
• Meet SLA contractual deliverables to clients.
• Capacity management.
• Assists in planning and monitoring utilization and capacity for current and proposed
systems, including changes, by performing defined tasks.
• Compiling of reports as required clients such as Health Checks on Server
Infrastructure.
• Project and capacity planning on Server Infrastructure.
• Create Solutions Technical Design and keep documentation up to date and in line
with customer requirements.
• Supporting and troubleshooting Desktop OS and Application in relation to printing.
• Administration and troubleshooting of user accounts, profiles and user home
directories.
• Use active directory to troubleshoot issues related to GPO’s, Logon scripts moving
users to correct OU’s and updating profiles.
• Account creation and security group creation using active directory.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST
Minimum educational, qualifications and experience that are required to perform the job
competently.
Knowledge
• Matric / Grade 12
• Must be certified in:
• MCSE – SERVER 2012 or later
An Advantage
• ITIL V3 Foundation
• Other Print & Device Management Systems
• Basic knowledge and work experience in Microsoft System
