We are looking for a Senior Account Manager in Solution Sales to become part of our team.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for promoting our services and solutions. You will need to demonstrate expertise at finding opportunities within the Corporate and Small/Medium enterprise so as to expand our current client base. You will also be responsible for continued growth within your existing customer base on an on-going basis.

There are a team of Solution architects within the company who can assist you with the Solutions you offer and you will also have the Vendors and Distributors at your disposal.

Key performance areas:

• You will be required to have knowledge on all Services and Solutions offered within the Company
• You will need to analyze the client's business needs and recommend solutions specifically tailored to meet their requirements
• You will be responsible for the generation of new business via cold-calling and customer presentations to clients on an on-going basis
• An important part of your job will be the ability to explain the key features and benefits of our solutions in line with the client's priorities and in
comparison with our competitors
• You will be required to achieve revenue and margin targets whilst delivering exceptional client service
• You will need to drive sales and deliver client value ensuring that our company remains profitable
• We would like you to contribute ideas to continually improve our internal processes so as to improve the service levels to your customers

Key requirements:

• Experience in a sales and solutions environment
• A minimum of 4 years proven sales track record
• Preference will be given to candidates sales experience in physical IT infrastructure solutions
• Target driven, energetic, extroverted, enthusiastic, motivated self-starter
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to develop and maintain multi-level relationships with both current and prospective clients

Key abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are imperative. You will need to build working relationships with clients and clearly explain
how our services and solutions can benefit them
• Ability to engage at CEO / CIO level
• Ability to influence and work closely with Vendors, Partners and Colleagues in order to achieve results
• Ability to self-motivate with good judgement and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to predict the client's business objectives and push the sale of our solutions and services
• Have an innate desire for continuous improvement ensuring your knowledge of newly released services, solutions and market changes that
keep you at the leading edge of the technology we offer
