Senior Sous Chef required in the Kruger National ParkThe candidate should be an all-rounder with good experience and be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the executive chef.The candidate must also have food preparation experience but also, stock control, ordering, menu planning and communicating with guests. This is a live in position with all meals, accommodation, laundry provided. Salary on offer is between R6000 – R9000 depending on experience.
