Cooking diploma from a recognized training institution. 2 years working experience as a Senior Sous Chef or 4 - 5 years as a Junior Sous Chef at a 5 star establishment or similar kitchen environment. English - well spoken. Presentable. Customer focused. Computer literate on MS Word and Ecel and GAAP. Drivers licence. Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service.
