Requirements:• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays• Minimum of 2 – 3 year Health and Skin care experience and qualification with supporting International accreditation of either CIDESCO, SAAHSP or ITEC• Must be guest driven, as 5* treatment is expected at all times• Ability to work under pressure• Excellent planning and operations skills• Be able to work well alone and part of a team• Must be driven and goal orientated• Assist at the Reception desk when necessary• Own transport Personal attributes:• Well-presented• Confident• Very knowledgeable, practical and theory• Excellent communication skills• Leadership Skills• Training Skills• Motivational Skills Main responsibilities: • Assist Spa management with the day to day running of the Spa• Take pride in your working area and be the a leader and problem solver• Provide input into the Spa business and consistently plan and market the Spa• Assist to develop Spa service menus and wellness programs• Maintain an excellent relationship with all staff in the Spa, hotel and guests• Demonstrate excellent levels of professionalism, maturity and emotional intelligence• Assist to develop and perform comprehensive and innovative training and team development programs for all positions and areas of the Operation• Participate in research and development of your department and in marketing of this area• Assist Spa Management by ensuring the highest standards of service in the Spa is maintained and developed at all times.• Address and resolve both guest and staff concerns• Ensure that staff follow the correct policies and procedures • Must be passionate, friendly, approachable, driven, self-motivated, hardworking and pay attention to detail• Ability to work within a pressurized environment Apply along with a copy of your CV in word format, profile photo in professional attire + written references.
