We have an amazing job opportunity with a leading multinational telecoms company in Johannesburg. This team are looking for a Senior Specialist: Business Adoption to join their team. You will be responsible for operational Business Transformation Readiness, Adoption
and Transitions activities in line with the established methodologies and tools, embedding the business strategies, operating model, objectives and value drivers.

Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Specialist: Business Adoption in Johannesburg will include:

- Project manage the Business Readiness activities, including managing a virtual implementation team
- Manage all communications and relations with all key stakeholders, internal and external to ensure appropriate buy-in to plan the Business readiness activities
- Drive mapping of current state and future state, as defined, where required
- Work with the Finance, SCM, EPM and HCM Team to identify, develop, plan, scope and implement the appropriate approach for the Business Readiness
- Achieve alignment with OpCo on scope, timing and plan to execute Business Readiness activities
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Business Readiness activities
- Mobilized the Business Readiness team and drive tasks execution to ensure timely delivery
- Support Business and Process Team to ensure Adoption based on the outcome from the Business Readiness initiatives
- Drive and monitor the readiness initiatives
- Partner with Data and IT on Business Readiness activities and able to assess the impact on the Business Processes
- Ensure Integrated Business Readiness view across IT, Process and Data
- Work with the Business Readiness Team on Reporting and readiness initiatives
- Develop the relevant Management report (e.g. SteerCo)

Requirements for this Senior Specialist: Business Adoption job in Johannesburg:

- Appropriate tertiary qualification, e.g. Business Management, Change Management, Communication
- Project Management Certification (PMP ®, CAPM ®, Prince ll) preferred
- 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in project management of change and transformation readiness in a complex environment
- Experience in Business transformation
- Experience in managing teams
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP, Systems (Oracle)
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Conceptual, commercial, and analytical skills including risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Experience in Project Management
- Understanding of Finance/SCM/HR processes in telecom industry
