Our client a National Financial Services company is seeking to employ Senior Specialised Collections Agents to join their team.
Agents need to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties Include:
• Investigate customer’s financial history
• Preparing litigation file for summons
• Tracing through various mediums
• Negotiating deals with customers
• Analysing profitability for recovery
• Building relationship with customers
• Resolving queries and conflicts for positive results
• Professionally assist any client in dispute resolution
• Use effective communication and negotiation to ensure successful, affordable but realistic commitments to pay (fixed arrangements)
• Pro-actively build solid relationships to ensure payment is received duly

Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualified
• Previous Corporate / SME and/or High Value matters collections experience - advantageous
• Credit and Criminal clear
• Knowledge of Tracing
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to collect on large amounts payable by clients
• Ability to collect on various platforms
• Knowledge of Legal Collection experience
• Knowledge of the legal process
• Ability to explain legal consequences to customers
• Ability to converse and negotiate with all levels of corporate hierarchy
• Ability to use own initiative and work independently
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively within area of accountability
• Ability to solve problems and be solution oriented
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of integrity
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic
