Qualification:

IT Related Degree/Diploma

CSPO Certification will be advantageous



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years practical experience with development and administration of MS SQL Server 2000+ in high transaction environments

Thorough practical experience in the development and maintenance of T-SQL Stored Procedures

Implementation and maintenance of Windows 2012 and SQL Server Clustering / High Availability and Replication, as well as transactional log-shipping and disaster recovery

High volume database table partitioning

Thorough practical experience in the administration of Microsoft Server platforms

Adherence to strict change control and administrative procedures

JasperReports report writing and system administration

ETL (Talend experience preferred)

Strategic planning and implementation of backup processes and high availability

Capacity planning and database usage trend analysis

2 weeks per month after-hours emergency support


Job Description:

You will be involved in the development of new database design and maintenance with a strong emphasis on the use of stored procedures. You will also will be responsible for the release management of database related projects, with the need to adhere to (and improve) proper change control and release management procedures. The incumbent will also be responsible for the financial and managerial reporting, and a strong background in high volume financial transaction data management is a must.
