5-7 years’ Experience

Experience in a large company/hotel

Pay attention to detail

Hospitality Experienced is preferable

Oversee the Inventory 10 20 and Month end stock takes.

Processing of invoices onto Stock System.

Explanation/Recon of Stock Variances

Reconciling suppliers to weekly statements

Departmental Requisitions, Supplier orders

Stock Rotation

Managing of Staff.

Experience with ACCPAC is beneficial
