Overseeing and signing off on all designs
Client Liaison and clients
Checking drawings and mentor staff
10 – 15 years’ experience
Commercial building projects experience essential

You will be responsible for the conceptual design of buildings and preparing accurate job costings as well as manage various projects budgets. Overseeing and signing off on all designs as well as liaising with clients and architects. Checking drawings and mentor staff. Min 10 – 15 years’ experience. Commercial building projects experience essential.
