An international company is seeking to fulfil a role that will provide both strategic and operational leadership for the structural and civil divisions, whilst also linking closely with teams across other global offices and through their practice networks.



Qualification:

BSc / BEng in Civil Engineering

Pr. Eng (required)



Skills & Experience:

Lead and develop the structural design team in Africa

Fully proficient in the design of reinforced concrete and structural steel

Experienced in the design of building structures and bridges (advantageous)

Sign off and approve designs

Good communication skills

Excellent leadership characteristics and management skills

Lead business development activities for the region, including the management of external and internal client relationships Mentorship and management to both junior and senior technical personnel

Minimum 10 years’ experience
