This company is a provider of ground breaking document automation solutions. You will be responsible for technical analysis of incidents and support of custom applications.
Qualification:
Matric
Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience (BSc Comp Sci, BCom, IS, IS Diploma)
Skills & Experience:
5 years’ experience working directly with customers on a regular basis
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise or cloud applications
Knowledge of specialised incident management software
Understanding of enterprise business processes and IT systems
Job Description:
Respond to and resolve calls logged
Administrative tasks
Assist with the management of support projects, identifying variances and creating effective solutions to address gaps or issues.
Ensure that solutions are designed
Identify deficiencies for feedback to project leads
