Job description:
We’re looking for someone with at least 3years of experience in access control, time and attendance, biometrics, intercom systems and general IT skills. Our newest team member must be technically minded, reliable, have good communication skills, pay attention to detail and be accountable.
This is not an entry level position and only experienced access control support technicians need apply. Only applicants based in the greater Cape Town area will be considered. Salary is negotiable and dependent on skills and experience.
This is a technical position, so a second practical interview will be conducted with all successful candidates
Compulsory Requirements:
? Based in Cape Town
? Professional conduct and attitude
? Good Communication skills
? Customer service principles / Service Driven
? Valid Code B South African Drivers License
? Relevant IT / Technical Certifications (A+ and N+ or similar is a minimum requirement)
o Industry certifications (Accredited Installer) would be beneficial
? Have a minimum of 3 years working experience with:
o Client facing on-site and remote support
o Access control solutions (Hardware and Software) – in particular the Impro Technologies range
o Biometric solutions (Hardware and Software) – in particular the Sagem/ Morpho range
o Time and Attendance
o General IT support
o General Networking management and support
o Database management – preferably SQL
? IT and technically minded
? Logical Troubleshooting skills
? Able to work independently but still be very much part of a widespread Team
? Be willing to take on additional tasks as the needs of the business change

? Intercom knowledge and experience
