ROLE PURPOSE

- Supervision of field technicians
- Provide technical support to customers
- Customer returns fault finding (Root cause analysis)

REQUIREMENTS

- 5 years tech support experience
- MCSE or IT knowledge to manage customer software upgrades in the field.
- Good ability to fault find (electro-mechanical systems)
- Personality to work on site and in the office with the engineering team (meetings)
