Description: A well-known company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator for their Midrand Branch

Vacancy Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Must Have Own Car
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Diploma or Degree in IT administration, MCSE, etc.

Duties / Knowledge:
• Pastel Evolution
• Windows 2003, 2008, 2012+ server
• SQL 2005, 2008 and 2012+ Server
• Active Directory 2003 and 2008+ Experience
• Virtual Server Experience
• Knowledge on all forms of internet connectivity
• Basic Firewall Knowledge
• Android, Apple, Blackberry and windows mobile knowledge
• Basic dev experience
• Designing of systems and maintaining them from an IT support side.
• Knowledge of IT best practices for change control
• Look after company system infrastructure, servers, connectivity, integration support, etc.
• Look after company SQL database and data management of information.
• Look after company SQL reporting solutions to customers and staff
• System infrastructure Support
• SQL database and data management.
• Reporting to customers and staff
• Designing technical solutions with developers
• Assist sales staff in selling company solutions

Experience:
• 4-5 years IT network admin experience or senior experience
• 2-3 years in supporting customer built systems.
