BCom or Diploma in Financial Accounting



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience within Fund Accounting

Broad understanding of administration systems



Job Description:

Actively monitor that the business needs are addressed by the system development initiatives.

Take control of the documentation of the system requirements.

Actively provide assistance to the system vendors during the system development.

Focus on facilitating the system forums and workshops.

Take responsibility for the project management of major system upgrades and any required restructuring.

Conduct and coordinate testing of new and existing systems’ functionality.

Manage all the non-conformances with system vendors and ensure prompt resolution.

Provide the system vendors with user support.

Keep an eye on the issue logs of all user system issues and their resolutions.
