RecruitWell Specialist Niche recruitment house in Managed Healthcare, Health and Wellness, and Financial Services, Information and Technology and Pharmaceutical is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition specialist to run their Cape Town office, as currently expanding their senior team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have minimum - 5 years proven track record in recruitment (billing history).
• Previous experience in using recruitment technology systems and social media and search.
• Own transport, landline and laptop essential.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strictly SA citizens.

KPAs

• Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
• Building relationships with both existing Cape Town based client as well as new clients;
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
• Be able to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and clients;
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
• Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy;
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
• Informing candidates and clients about the results of their interviews;
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes;
• Acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets and company objectives.

Full recruitment function including Search and sourcing of new business, as well as developing and maintaining existing relationships with current clients.
