Responsibilities:
• Assist with buy side and sell side due diligences
• Examination of complex tax issues.
• Analysis of tax legislation.
• Assist with the implementation of transactions including: Review of financial models and transaction legals.

Skills / Qualifications / Knowledge required:
• Professional qualification – CA (SA), Admitted attorney or Postgraduate studies in Tax
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a tax consulting environment
• A post-graduate tax qualification would be essential
