Requirements:
N4 Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Qualification
Able to work shifts
8 – 10 years’ working experience

Duties:
Involved with the planning, coordination, supervision and control of the shift manufacturing processes
Conduct process control and machine performance evaluation
Develop subordinates by continuously improving the knowledge of team and conducting on the job training
