SENIOR TELESALES MANAGER - Pietermaritzburg

3-5 years’ experience with customer services and management.
3-5 years’ experience within and overseeing a telesales department is ESSENTIAL!
Relevant qualification in Sales / Customer services or marketing or similar.
Have appropriate technical knowledge of contact centre and telephony systems.
Understanding of Call Centre Best Practices.
Experience in implementing new systems and procedures.
Ability to influence debate and share best practices across all levels of business.
Business process optimization skills.
Report writing / database management skills.
Ability to drive sales in a telesales and outbound environment.
Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensuring resources are properly allocated, and maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Would only suit someone who handles a highly pressurized environment.
Person must be extremely target driven and self-motivated.
Will be required for managing seven telesales clerks.
Will be required to manage the entire running of the telesales department and the staff.
Strong administrative skills.
Strong team leader.
Will be required to liaise with the distribution, logistics, sales and finance departments.
Person must be willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Salary offered: R20 000-00 – R30 000-00 per month (negotiable)
