Leisure Management company based in Pinetown is recruiting for a Senior Trainer to assist with the following duties: The applicant must be able to conduct training to all levels of staffDesign and development of all product and processesTo provide training, coaching and learning support services to ensure a highly skilled, knowledgeable, productive and competent workforce that are fully trained on the required products, services and systemsTo ensure that training is tailored to meet the requirements of new and existing staffTo develop where necessary, training resources, learning materials, assessments and otherRelated tools to meet the above objectivesTo oversee SETA accreditation as well as learnershipsDeliver training programmesWill be required to travel to resorts if and when the need arises Requirements: Relevant certificatediplomaAdvanced- MS Office3-5 years hospitality management experience requiredDrivers license and own transport. The candidate must be able to travel.
