Drivers license.Duties will include the following: Design and development of all product and processes. To provide training, coaching and learning support services to ensure a highly skilled, knowledgeable, productive and competent workforce that are fully trained on the required products, services and systems. To ensure that training is tailored to meet the requirements of new and existing staff. To develop where necessary, training resources, learning materials, assessments and other. Related tools to meet the above objectives. To oversee SETA accreditation as well as learnerships. Deliver training programmes. Will be required to travel to resorts if and when the need arises.The candidate must have the following skills: Accurate, organised and able to multi task. Good technical understanding of systems, business processes and how the organization operates. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Well presented. Ability to work under pressure. Show initiative. Dependable. Project management skills.Benefits will include: Permanent appointment to this position will be based on performance within the 3 months probation period. Points 1 to 3 below will be effective thereafter:· Provident Fund - Company contributes 5% of your monthly remuneration and we contribute 5%· Medical Aid - Employer pays 50% of the main members base contribution (Optional)· Uniform -A once off company contribution of R800.00(Female) R600 (Male) uniform subsidy will be provided. Any purchases that exceed the company contribution or that is ordered after the initial contribution will be at the employees account and may be paid off over a 12 month interest free period.
