Position Name: Junior Trainer
Business Unit: Training Department

Purpose of the Position
• The applicant must be able to conduct training to all levels of staff.

Key Performance Areas:
To provide training assessments, moderation, counselling, coaching and learning support services to ensure a highly skilled, knowledgeable, productive and competent work force that are fully trained on the required product, services and systems.
To ensure that training is tailored to meet the requirements of new and existing staff.
To assist in the management and supervision of the trainers during the preparation, implementation and close out of any learning interventions.
To develop where necessary training resources, learning materials, assessments and other related tools to meet the above objectives.
To oversee SETA accreditations as well as learnerships.
Deliver training programmes.

Minimum Requirements
• Relevant certificate\diploma
• At least 3-5 years experience as a trainer
• Must be a registered assessor\moderator
• MS Office and Electronic Mail
• Experience in hospitality would be an advantage
