Senior Trainer Officers (Urgently required )

An local Black Empowered consulting company based in Johannesburg, is looking to appoint a number of Senior Training Officer who will be responsible for the training of students in various provinces in South Africa. The ideal candidates should be able to design develop, facilitate and provide training across the board
Duties:
• Identify training requirements, research and develop relevant course material
• Where possible, pre-assess individual skills sets
• Develop course material for classroom delivery and/or on the job coaching
• Maintain and update course content to ensure relevance
• Obtain material approval from direct line manager prior to implementation
• Schedule candidates identified for training, plan and co-ordinate course delivery
? Prepare supporting documentation for events / business trips
• Facilitate courses as scheduled and provide post course support
? Develop relevant pre- and post-assessments (written or LMS, assess learner competency level on completion (written or LMS) and communicate results
? Report on business trip findings in terms of assessment results, contact sessions, gaps identified etc. to Training Manager
? Update Skills Matrixes and Database for SETA reporting purposes

Requirements:
? Matric
? Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous
? Assessor and moderator training certificate
? At least five years’ training experience
? Proven working experience in all provinces will be advantageous
? Strong administrative and organisation skills
? Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy required
? Able to work and cope under a pressurised environment;
? Be proactive and able to work independently;
? Proficiency in number South African languages will be an advantage
? Must be willing to travel (± 50 %)
? Valid driver’s licence
