Maintain full accreditation to Safety Compliance and ISO 14001 Compliance.
Innovative ideas in training to ensure cost reduction.
Ensure all training records comply with the National Auditing Systems.
Ad hoc Administration.
Budget Control and management of spares and equipment.
Fabricate training aids for practical tasks
Rotation within all areas of the Technical Training Centre

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

N3 / Technical Matric + Trade Tested Fitter and Turner with CNC Experience
5 years “on the job “ experience essential
Assessor, Facilitator, Moderator Certificates [Advantageous]
Manual Programming all CNC Machines
CAM – CNC - machining knowledge/programming of milling machines/lathes / EDM spark /CNC-EDM wire cutting.
CAD – Software programming knowledge of – Catia/Edgecam/Soldworks/Draftsight/ or Auto CAD
No shift work and No Overtime
