We are looking for a UX Designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. Responsibilities: • Analyse client requirements through interviews, ethnographic research and empirical information • Design a solution/hypothesis that fulfils the requirement and naturally fits within the platform • Validate your solution through prototyping, enabling specifications and iterative sessions with the client. • Collaborate with software developers to construct and integrate your solution into the platform using agile methodologies • Work with the Training and Marketing teams to educate users and the market about your solution. Qualifications and Experience: • Relevant Certification, Diploma in Information Technology, or relevant Tertiary Degree • Two+ years' experience as a UX designer in a collaborative, fast-paced and innovative development environment, including: • Close collaboration with visual designers and understanding of aesthetic and graphic consistency principles • Production of UX documentation such as flows, wireframes and business rules, and working knowledge of relevant software (Visio and/or Omnigraffle and/or Axure) • Familiarity with best practice user experience and understanding of what types of experiences are made possible by current digital technologies, and the ability to keep up and grow with this constantly changing environment Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to ****@*****.*** or fax to (***)-***-****.
